Dongmin Industrial Cooperative now operates a company-affiliated research center in its Daegu branch and invested heavily in the development of renewable industries by possessing its own design and manufacturing technology.
We are significantly investing in the development of recycling industry and technology development.
We are developing technological capabilities to expand our business and continuously grow our company, and foster research organizations efficiently by performing government projects.

Furthermore, we have developed our own production facilities for efficient mass production with the highest quality, we have a variety of research facilities and test instruments to develop new technologies. We’ve got 16 patents currently.

Tensile Tester

This basic test for determining the properties of plastic raw materials measures the resistance of a material to pulling forces in opposite directions at a constant speed. The mechanical properties of the material such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and sectional shrinkage are studied by measuring the elastic modulus, proportional limit, Poisson's ratio, and modulus of elasticity.

Moisture Tester

During the manufacturing of high-quality products, the moisture content in plastic pellets is crucial for the production of high-quality plastic parts, so testing it is important. By precisely controlling the moisture content of the plastic resin, we guarantee trouble-free compounding and injection molding, and optimization of smooth surfaces and mechanical properties.

MI Tester

MI (Melt index: Melt index) indicates the fluidity of plastic resin, and the higher the melt index, the better the fluidity, and better fluidity means easier to process and higher discharge volume. This means that the molecular weight of the polymer is small depending on the MI value, and this numerical value is studied.

Specimen Processors

The specimen processor extrudes and injects plastic raw materials to process specimens in order to examine their properties and strength. In order to maintain the quality of recycled materials produced every month, specimens are produced to study the properties of raw materials by measuring tensile strength, elongation, tear strength, etc.
